At the end of a Sprint, if a PBI has not been completed and therefore cannot be marked as done:

- Update the Effort to be just what is remaining
- If there has been scope creep, but the original Acceptance Criteria has been met, it might be a good opportunity to mark it as done and move any scope creep tasks into a V2 of the PBI, which can then be prioritised in the backlog by the Product Owner
